ToolProofs is a statically generated review site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We keep data collection to the minimum a static site needs.

What we collect

• We do not run account sign-ups or comment forms. Nothing is required to browse the site.
• Email contact. If you write to the address on our About page, we store your email and message only to reply. We do not add you to lists.
• Hosting logs. Cloudflare Pages records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. We do not configure additional logging.
• Newsletter (MailerLite). The footer signup for weekly tool finds is hosted by MailerLite (assets.mailerlite.com). When you subscribe, MailerLite stores the email address and basic subscription metadata on their servers and may set a cookie for loading the form; we use it only to send the newsletter, and you can unsubscribe with the link in every email. We do not export the list or sell it.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand traffic patterns and which pages are most useful. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized data (IP addresses are truncated via anonymize_ip). We use this data only to improve the site. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Ads and affiliate links. If advertising or affiliate links are enabled in the future, this policy will be updated first. Advertising networks we may use can set cookies to serve ads based on prior visits; you can opt out via the ads settings of major browsers and Google Ads Settings.

Cookies

The site itself sets no functional cookies. Third parties may set cookies when their resources load: Google Analytics (for traffic measurement), MailerLite (for the newsletter form), Cloudflare (for security), and future advertising networks if enabled. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Where data lives

Published pages and screenshots are served from Cloudflare’s global edge network. Source content is maintained by the site operator.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of anything you emailed us by writing to hello@toolproofs.com. We may also remove pages on legitimate request (e.g. outdated vendor data).

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
