Tags are how this site is stitched together. A review of a scheduling tool carries the tool's own tag, its category, and the specific things we actually exercised — free-plan limits, pricing states, cancellation and refund rules, or a bug we hit. Clicking a tag gives you every page where that exact subject came up, which is usually broader than the category it sits in: a refund-policy question often spans several products.

A few ways to use this page:

• Chasing a product decision? Start with a tool tag (for example Cal.com or Tally) — it collects our review, the pricing breakdown, the alternatives page and any head-to-head comparisons in one place.
• Comparing two tools? Look for the comparison tag, or the<tool>-alternative tags, which mark the pages that answer "what else is there?".
• Checking a policy before you buy? Tags like refund-policy,terms, cancellation and free-plan cut across products, so you can see which vendors we have actually checked and which we have not.

The number next to each tag is how many pages carry it, so the tags we have researched most deeply sit near the top. Tags with a single page are still worth opening — they usually mark a narrow question (a licence type, a credit limit) that no category page covers.
