The short version

Checked against the live Setmore pricing page on 2026-10-26 (logged-out, annual-billing state). Setmore’s “credits” are SMS reminder credits, not AI credits — worth knowing before you compare it with tools that bill AI usage:

  • SMS reminders are a Pro feature. Pro plan members get 500 SMS credits per month, and more can be bought in-app when you run low.
  • Free plan has no SMS reminders. It includes email confirmations and email reminders, plus one reminder per event.
  • Plan prices are low per-user: Free $0, Pro $5, Team $5 per user per month on annual billing (the page’s toggle state we captured).

What the pricing page shows (2026-10-26)

Core plans (annual billing state)

Plan Price (page’s own text) Notes
Free $0 per month Email confirmations, email reminders, 1 reminder per event
Pro $5 per month (per user) Adds SMS reminders, multiple reminders, 24/7 human support
Team $5 per month (per user) Pro features for teams; annual billing shown on the toggle

SMS credits — the only “credits” on the page

The pricing page’s feature table says, in its own text layer:

“Automate SMS reminders before appointments. Pro team members get 500 SMS credits monthly, with more available to purchase in-app. Availability varies by country.”

So the credit number is 500 per Pro member per month, topped up in-app as needed. The support article linked from the page (“SMS credits: everything you need to know”) is where Setmore documents the exact credit pricing for purchases — the pricing page itself does not list per-credit prices.

What this means for you

  • If you send a lot of SMS reminders, budget for in-app credit top-ups after the monthly 500-credit allowance — the page does not publish top-up prices.
  • Free users do not get SMS reminders at all; you would need at least one Pro user for SMS, and credits are granted per Pro member.
  • Do not confuse Setmore “credits” with AI credits — Setmore’s credit currency is SMS messaging, and there is no AI feature billing on the page.
