The short version
Checked against the live Airtable pricing page on 2026-10-26 (logged-out state, annual-billing toggle). Airtable now has a clear AI credit currency, and the numbers are printed right at the top of each plan column:
- Free — 500 AI credits per editor each month.
- Team ($20/user/mo annual) — 15,000 AI credits per paid user each month.
- Business ($45/user/mo annual) — 20,000 AI credits per paid user each month.
- Enterprise Scale (custom) — 25,000 AI credits per paid user each month at list price.
- AI Field Agents — credits sold in packs of 10k, 20k, 50k, 100k and 200k, starting at $20/month for 10,000 credits.
What the pricing page shows (2026-10-26)
AI credits by plan (page’s own text layer)
| Plan | Price (annual state) | AI credits per user/mo |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 500 (per editor) |
| Team | $20/user/mo ($24 monthly) | 15,000 |
| Business | $45/user/mo ($54 monthly) | 20,000 |
| Enterprise Scale | Custom | 25,000 (at list price) |
The credits line is the first feature listed under every plan column — it is part of the standard allocation, not an add-on. The page also lists AI Admin controls as a feature on Business and Enterprise Scale.
AI Field Agents — a separate credit pack
The page shows AI Field Agents credits sold in packs of 10k, 20k, 50k, 100k and 200k credits, starting at $20/month for 10k credits. That means heavy Field-Agent usage is billed through purchasable packs on top of the monthly plan allocation.
What this means for your budget
- Plan-level AI credits are generous: even Free gets 500/month, and paid tiers jump to 15,000–25,000 per user. For most bases, the plan allocation covers routine AI assistance.
- If you run AI Field Agents at scale, the monthly plan credits are a baseline and the 10k–200k packs are the top-up mechanism — budget $20/month per 10k credits of extra usage.
- Credits are per user, so headcount scales your AI budget linearly; a 10-user Team plan has 150,000 credits available monthly.
