Tally Pricing 2026: Every Plan Explained (Free, Pro $24/mo, Business)
Form Builders · Updated 8/30/2026
The short version
Tally has two self-serve tiers. We captured the live pricing page on August 30, 2026 and toggled the monthly/yearly switch ourselves:
| Free | Pro | |
|---|---|---|
| Price (yearly) | $0 | $290/yr (shown as $24/mo, save 17%) |
| Price (monthly) | $0 | $29/mo |
| Forms & submissions | Unlimited (fair use) | Unlimited |
| Payments, signatures, file uploads | ✅ | ✅ |
| Conditional logic, calculations, answer piping | ✅ | ✅ |
| Integrations (Sheets, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, Make, Webhooks) | ✅ | ✅ |
| Remove “Made with Tally” branding | ❌ | ✅ |
| Custom (sub)domain | ❌ | ✅ |
| Team collaboration (shared workspaces) | ❌ | ✅ |
| Partial-submission capture | ❌ | ✅ |
Yearly billing costs $58 less per year ($29 × 12 = $348 vs $290/yr — note the yearly total is $290, not $24 × 12 = $288: the page displays $24/mo but charges $290 up front; both figures come from Tally’s own pricing-page data, captured 2026-08-30). Business ($89/mo, confirmed on Tally’s official plans help page, checked 2026-08-31) adds compliance features like email verification and data-retention controls; we did not test paid tiers (no-card policy), so treat Pro/Business rows as page-verified claims, not hands-on results. What “unlimited free” actually means
The free plan’s own wording is “unlimited forms and submissions, completely free, as long as you stay within our fair usage guidelines”. The fair-use page is not a hard paywall but it does publish trigger examples: consistently collecting around 50,000 submissions/month for 3-4 months in a row, or heavy file handling (100 GB/month transfer or 500 GB total storage), prompts Tally to reach out about a custom plan (fair-use page captured 2026-08-31). In our full hands-on Tally review we exercised the entire free core loop (build → publish → collect → CSV export → webhook delivery) and hit no limits — nowhere near the published trigger examples, which is the honest ceiling we can state from one test.
Who should pay
Pro only buys you four things: branding removal, custom domains, team workspaces, partial submissions. If none of those matter to you, $0 is the honest answer. If branding matters, the $24 vs $29 choice is trivial: pick yearly unless you expect to cancel within 5 months.
